We currently have 4 beautiful showrooms, and we’re big enough to compete against the “big box stores” yet small enough to provide that white glove service that customers demand and expect in Phoenix!
You'll be working with a merry group of people with friendly leadership and fun personalities. If you’re interested in job growth, we have it! Our current department leaders both started off as accounting clerks. If you're not interested in job growth and just want a stable position where you're the master of your domain, that works too!
If you think you have the right stuff, let us know! Wages are $17-$25 depending on experience.
Duties of an Accounting Clerk include
- Receive, review, and post daily cash transactions.
- Enter and pay bills.
- Record transactions in QuickBooks.
- Administrative tasks such as filing, scanning, making copies, creating files, etc.
- Send and respond to emails.
- Must be Bilingual - English / Spanish
Qualifications:
- Minimum 1 years of experience in accounting and bookkeeping.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Knowledge of accounting principles, procedures and practices.
- Superior Microsoft Excel and computer skills.
- Excellent and effective verbal, listening and written communication skills..
- Must be able to multitask between 2 computer screens
- Attention to detail and follow p is a must have
- QuickBooks: 1 year (Preferred)
