Our Lending Division is the engine that powers that mission—supporting our customers through responsible credit decisions, effective collections, and fair resolutions. We’re looking for a dynamic Lending Mentor & Department Leader to guide our Credit, Collections, and Legal Collections teams to new heights.
What You’ll Be Doing
Leading three key departments: Credit, Collections, and Legal Collections—ensuring they’re aligned, efficient, and customer-focused.
Coaching and developing team members—helping them build skill, confidence, and consistency.
Reviewing performance metrics and creating actionable plans to drive improvement.
Analyzing trends to improve loan performance, reduce delinquencies, and strengthen portfolio quality.
Partnering with leadership to build a culture of accountability, excellence, and teamwork.
Championing process improvement and kaizen, ensuring we constantly evolve and get better every day.

You have strong leadership experience in consumer lending, credit, or collections (3+ years preferred).

Salary 65k to 75k Base
Competitive Base Salary, plus opportunity for bonuses based on performance.
