Part-Time Sales Associate — Del Sol Furniture | Mesa, AZ

We're a locally owned furniture retailer serving the Phoenix metro since 1997. Four beautiful showrooms, a loyal customer base, and a team that rewards performance — not just clock hours.
What You'll Earn:

$18–$23 per hour guaranteed weekly draw - Uncapped commission — every month we reconcile what you sold. Sell more than your draw and you keep the difference. No ceiling.

What You'll Do:

Engage customers on the showroom floor and guide them through their furniture buying experience - Learn our product lines, financing options, and sales process through paid training
- Hit your personal sales goals and contribute to the store team
