Behind every great customer experience is an incredible administrative team—and that’s where you come in. We’re looking for a hands-on, people-focused Administrative Leader to oversee our HR and Accounting departments, guiding both teams toward excellence and efficiency.
What You’ll Be Doing
Leading and mentoring the HR and Accounting teams, ensuring alignment with company goals and values.
Providing guidance and support to managers and team members, fostering a culture of teamwork, accountability, and kaizen (continuous improvement).
Overseeing key administrative functions including payroll, benefits, compliance, budgeting, and financial reporting.
Partnering with leadership to drive operational efficiency and strategic growth initiatives.
Building systems and processes that strengthen communication, consistency, and collaboration across departments.
Developing talent, identifying growth opportunities, and creating a positive, productive work environment.

strong leadership experience—ideally 3+ years managing administrative, HR, or accounting teams.
You’re a

solid understanding of HR best practices and financial principles.

Salary: 60k to 70k Base
Competitive Base Salary, plus opportunity for performance-based bonuses.
